Will cell phone technology progress to the point where our handheld devices will replace our laptops, computers and obviously, phones? Will there ever be a point where all one will need is their sleek little Smartphone? The way things are going, this scenario might not be too far in the future.
The Smartphone market is booming more than ever before, and it is predicted that it will continue to grow through the coming year as well. There are a growing number of names entering this fiercely competitive market. With established companies like apple ruling the scene at the moment, it remains to be seen who will ultimately win the Smartphone wars.
The good news about iPhone smartphones is that it’s so gorgeous and clever at the same time! I mean, how often do we find those qualities together? Surely, this combination is something to be embraced and cherished?
But while Apple’s touch screen marvel might look very nice, there are whispers that Google’s Android might prove to be a better performer in the long run. Of course, Blackberry and Nokia are not far behind in the race. There are plenty of users who can swear by both these names and their number keeps growing.
So will this growing army of Smartphones take over the world of communication, information, and entertainment, or won't it? The future may not be entirely predictable at the moment, but what is amply clear, is that Smartphones are the future.
